Now why am I slitting myself?

Today was kind of weird, I slit myself, i wrote her name on my arm and my leg with my nails, it was damn painful!!! like for 2 hours, but i think i'm getting used to it (: I dunno why i wrote her name it was like my brain controlling itself, not my own soul doing it! What am I doing??? I thought only people with a lot of stress did that... looks like i do have alot of stressed , but still it does'nt make sense!!! Aiya damn it.
